Party Tips

Real Deal Football is definitely a PARTY GAME. The more players, the better!

Indoors or Outdoors

We hold our party outdoors (weather permitting). Get a hold of a screen and projector (rent one, if you can), hook up your cable or satellite to the projector (you'll need a long extension cable) and enjoy a tailgating-like experience. This is great for big crowds.

Decorate

Dress up your place with football stuff. Especially for a big game like the Super Bowl. Fans go to the game wearing team jerseys and tee shirts, so dress yourself up too.

Stadium Seating

If you can, get some taller bar stools and put them behind your regular den/living room chairs. Grab some cushions or something soft for people who want to lounge on the floor. This gives you seating tiers, and lets more people see the TV.

Themes

Even though it's a football game, you can make the party even more fun by having a theme. You can ask your friends to bring food and refreshments based on the theme. It may be winter outside, but you can have a tropical Hawaiian party inside. Get creative with theme food and theme decorations.

Prizes

Keep track of winners and award prizes. You can play the game with money, and award winners that way. Or, you can use tokens and give the overall winner a prize at the end. If you keep track of the winning pots, you can award prizes at the end of each quarter.
